Create Field

How to create new Field:

1. Click on (+) icon on field row

2. Fill field name

3. Choose field type you want to use

4. Fill the mandatory details on that field and other settings you want to use

5. Click "create"

Notes: Every field type has different mandatory and optional settings based on which field type you use
